This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of the Chuhching platform (the "Service"). It is incorporated into our Terms of Service by reference. Violation of this AUP may result in warning, suspension, or termination of your account.
Prohibited activities
You may not use the Service to:
- Spam. Send unsolicited bulk messages, including email, SMS, or community posts. All outreach must comply with applicable opt-in and consent requirements.
- Harassment and abuse. Harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate any person, or promote violence or hatred against any individual or group.
- Illegal content. Create, store, transmit, or distribute content that is illegal under applicable law, including child sexual abuse material, content that facilitates human trafficking, or content that violates export controls.
- Phishing and impersonation. Impersonate any person or entity, or create deceptive content designed to trick recipients into revealing personal information or credentials.
- Malware distribution. Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or any other malicious code through the Service.
- Scraping and data extraction. Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service beyond the documented API and rate limits. Automated access must use authenticated API endpoints.
- Circumventing security. Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with any security features of the Service, including authentication, rate limiting, encryption, or access-control mechanisms.
- Unauthorised resale. Resell, sublicence, or redistribute access to the Service without Chuhching's prior written permission.
- Unsolicited bulk messaging. Use the outreach, SMS, or community features to send unsolicited commercial messages in violation of CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CASL, GDPR, or any other applicable electronic-messaging law.
- Privacy violations. Collect, use, or disclose personal data in violation of applicable privacy laws, including the GDPR, CCPA, and COPPA.
- Interference. Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or the networks connected to it, including denial-of-service attacks or intentional overloading.
- Fraudulent activity. Use the Service for any fraudulent purpose, including fake reviews, artificial engagement, or deceptive business practices.
Enforcement
We enforce this AUP through a graduated process:
- Warning. For first-time or minor violations, we will notify you and request corrective action.
- Suspension. For repeated or serious violations, we may temporarily suspend your account or specific features (such as outreach sending) while the issue is investigated.
- Termination. For severe violations, continued violations after warning, or violations that pose a risk to other users or the platform, we may permanently terminate your account without further notice.
We reserve the right to skip steps in this process for egregious violations (e.g. distribution of malware or CSAM).
Reporting abuse
If you believe someone is violating this AUP, please report it to abuse@chuhching.com with as much detail as possible. We review all reports and will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
