Why does Keap charge an implementation fee?
Because building the automations is genuinely hard, and Keap's answer is to sell you the labor. The fee starts at $500 and covers migration, done-for-you automation builds and strategy sessions on top of about $299/mo billed annually for 2 users and 1,500 contacts (verified August 2026). Chuhching's answer to the same problem is that your AI agent assembles the workflow over MCP and you approve it, which is why there's no equivalent fee.
Is Keap's invoicing better than Chuhching's?
Yes. Native quoting, invoicing and payments tied directly to the CRM record is Keap's strongest feature and it's more mature than ours. If issuing invoices from your CRM is central to how you run, that's a real reason to stay on Keap.
How does Keap's pricing scale as I grow?
On two axes at once.
