Connect Shopify with Chuhching

Chuhching Commerce connects one authorized Shopify store to one Chuhching workspace. It synchronizes product, variant, order, cancellation, and refund activity for commerce reconciliation. The app does not edit products, create orders, or issue refunds in Shopify.

Before you begin

• You need permission to install apps for the Shopify store.
• You need owner or administrator access to the Chuhching workspace you will link.
• Choose a Chuhching Commerce plan through Shopify's hosted App Pricing page.

Install and link the workspace

1. Install Chuhching Commerce through Shopify and approve the requested access.
2. Open the app from Shopify Admin.
3. Select Create workspace link.
4. Open the one-time link, sign in to Chuhching, and choose the workspace. The link expires after ten minutes and can be used once.
5. Return to the app in Shopify Admin and confirm that it shows Workspace linked.

Synchronize commerce activity

1. Select Sync products to import products and variants.
2. Select Sync orders to reconcile available order activity.
3. Check the success message and current status in the embedded app.

Shopify webhooks keep supported product, order, cancellation, and refund activity current after the initial synchronization. Product and order access remains read-only.

Disconnect or uninstall

Uninstall Chuhching Commerce from Shopify Admin to revoke the app's Shopify access. The connection is marked uninstalled in Chuhching and synchronization stops. For deletion or privacy requests, see the privacy policy or email privacy@chuhching.com.

Get help

Email support@chuhching.com with the store domain, the time of the failed action, and the message shown in the app. Do not send customer data, passwords, access tokens, or API credentials.
