GoHighLevel → Chuhching

A fast migration without a blind cutover

The shortest safe path is one click to connect or upload, one approval to migrate, and one approval to go live. Today, Chuhching provides the reviewed contact-import portion of that flow; the remaining assets still need staged reconstruction and verification.

Owner: Person

1. Inventory before touching anything

  • Pick one GoHighLevel location and one Chuhching workspace.
  • Record contact, pipeline, opportunity, calendar, form, workflow, conversation, phone-number, and domain counts.
  • Mark what must move, what can be rebuilt, and what should stay in GoHighLevel.
  • Do not cancel GoHighLevel or change live routing yet.

Owner: Person + agent

2. Rehearse the contact import

  • Export contacts from the selected GoHighLevel location.
  • In Chuhching Contacts, choose Import contacts → GoHighLevel and upload the export.
  • Map the GoHighLevel contact ID, email, phone, name, and any custom fields you need.
  • Run Preview first. Download the acceptance report and resolve every blocker before import.
  • Treat unknown consent as restricted. A contact's presence or a GHL DND value is not affirmative marketing consent.

Owner: Agent drafts; person approves

3. Rebuild the operating system

  • Recreate pipeline stages and map active opportunities without changing their meaning.
  • Recreate forms, calendars, workflow logic, templates, and custom fields from the inventory.
  • Keep every new workflow paused. Agents may draft and configure, but must not send, publish, or change live routing without approval.
  • Document anything without a one-for-one Chuhching equivalent, especially snapshots, white-label sub-accounts, reputation tooling, and historical conversations.

4. Prove parity, then cut over

  • Reconcile source rows, imported contacts, duplicates, restricted contacts, pipelines, and active opportunities.
  • Run a small internal test through each form, booking path, notification, and paused workflow preview.
  • Operate both platforms in parallel until the owner signs off on counts and behavior.
  • Move domains, phone numbers, and live traffic last, one channel at a time, with a rollback path.

Prompt for your migration agent

Paste this into ChatGPT, Claude, or another connected agent. It deliberately separates inspection, writes, and cutover.

Help me migrate one GoHighLevel location to one Chuhching workspace.

Rules:
- Start read-only. Inventory contacts, custom fields, tags, pipelines, stages, opportunities, calendars, forms, workflows, conversations, phone numbers, domains, and integrations.
- Do not send messages, publish, activate workflows, change DNS, port numbers, or delete anything.
- Preserve source IDs and relationships. Never infer marketing consent; unknown stays restricted.
- Produce a mapping table, exception list, reconciliation counts, test plan, and rollback plan.
- Ask for approval before the contact import, before any configuration writes, and again before cutover.
- Call out GoHighLevel features that do not have a one-for-one Chuhching equivalent.

Begin by asking which GoHighLevel location and Chuhching workspace are in scope.

What “done” means

A successful import is not a completed migration. You are ready to cut over only when the source and destination counts reconcile, consent and suppression rules are preserved, live forms and bookings pass end-to-end tests, workflows remain paused until approved, and the owner has a documented rollback path.
