Ship It: four weeks from install to deployed
The chapter build cohort. Four weeks, one night a week, and you demo what you built at Build and Demo Night in week four. The deadline is the point. Every week ends with something running, not something understood. Come with a real problem you already have. You will leave with it solved and deployed.

Every chapter event is free — The AI Collective is a non-profit and the Hampton Roads chapter is volunteer-run. Build and Demo Night, the Peninsula Builders Study Group, fireside chats: all free, always. No ticket, no tier, no upsell at the door.
Claim a demo slot — Five minutes on stage at Build and Demo Night, in front of the room. Working demos beat perfect slides. First-time demoers get priority. Post in Announcements to claim one.
Bring your blocker to study group — Bi-weekly Tuesdays at Christopher Newport University, 6:00 to 7:30 PM. Bring a laptop and the thing you are stuck on. This is hands-on time with people who have hit your error before, not a lecture.
Founding member status — The first 50 people here get the Founding Member badge permanently, a say in what the chapter teaches next, and first access to the build cohort. It is not for sale and it will not be offered again.
